Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to his impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 558/2016/K2 dated 06.09.2016 and consequent order in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.558/2016/K2 dated 16.09.2016 and quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to pay the pension to the petitioner which the petitioner received previously to the impugned orders, based on the earlier calculation by fixing petitioners basic pension as Rs.11,100/-.
