ORDER

The writ petition had been filed challenging the order passed in Ka.En.U.Mi.Po/Panaiyur/A.No.191/16-17 dated 25.07.2016 by the third respondent and to forebear the respondents 2 and 3 and their men from disconnecting the petitioner's Electricity Connection No.122-002-370 at Samanatham, Chinthamani, Madurai.

2. The impugned order had been passed without affording an opportunity to the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that no opportunity has been given to the petitioner, the impugned order is set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With such liberty, the Writ Petition stands allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
