O R D E R
The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to receive contributions and allow the petitioner to construct the Kodimaram, Navagiragam Sannithi, East and South Raja Gopuram by considering his representations dated 03.05.2024 and 23.07.2024.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that initially the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.05.2024 seeking permission to construct the East Raja Gopuram in the Sri Balapurishwarar Sri Loganayakiammal temple. Subsequently, the second respondent sent a communication dated 29.05.2024, stating that a decision as to construction of East Rajagopuram would be taken on the basis of the report / recommendation 2/5
of the Stapathy. In these circumstances, one more representation dated 23.07.2024 was submitted seeking to construct Kodimaram, Navagiragam Sannithi, East and South Raja Gopuram. Since no action was taken, the present petition is filed.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the representation would be considered and orders would be passed thereon in accordance with law. The same is acceded to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations dated 03.05.2024 and 23.07.2024, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting the petitioner and other interested parties / stake holders on notice. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
