ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been referred to Mediation Centre and one Mr.K.Manavalan has been appointed as Mediator and further submitted that even though Mediation has been under taken, the matter could not be settled. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20932 of 2018 agreement was reached between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Hence, the enquiry has been closed. 4.Since the enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this case and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
