ORDER

After some arguments, Mr.K.Hemakarthikeyan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to challenge the order of fourth respondent dated 12.02.2019 bearing reference in Na.Ka.No.3051/2018.

2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.

4. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
