Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the impugned seniority list issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ka.Pa.Ne. 2/78748/2016, dated 22.07.2016 with the Annexure "State wise seniority list of the Assistant Agriculture Officers for the year 2009" and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue a fresh State wise seniority list of the Assistant Agriculture Officers for the year 2009, by re-fixing the petitioner's seniority, as per the petitioner's date of joining, and other criteria.

Mr.C.Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened after filing of this Writ Petition, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and requested to pass an appropriate order.

2. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in my considered view, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it has to be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. No costs.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
