ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2021 filed by the husband pending on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. 1/3

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner/wife is residing with her parents in Pasumalai near Thirumangalam and she finds it difficult to attend every hearing at Srivilliputhur.

2. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

3. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
