The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 799 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 799 days is condoned.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund, having AC.No.7087208431, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai Bench Madras High Court Campus, Madurai, IFSC.Code: IDIB000H040, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this application shall stand automatically dismissed, without further 2/4
