ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry and to take action against the President, Secretary and Treasurer of Tamilnadu Earth Movers Owners Welfare Association, Fathima Nagar, Bye Pass Road, Madurai.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the President and other office bearers of the Tamilnadu Earth Movers Owners Welfare Association are maladministering the Association and have misappropriate the funds of the Association. Therefore, he submitted a representation dated 10.11.2016 to the respondent to enquire about the misappropriation of funds. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.06.2023, 2/4

there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioner alone has lodged such complaint. Now, the petitioner has left the Association and also formed another Association.

5. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are required. No costs.
