ORDER
This Writ Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to take appropriate steps based on the Petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2022.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that this is a case of job rocket, wherein, the Petitioner is alleged to have parted with Rs.5,00,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/-. only was returned by the accused. The submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is recorded.
3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
