2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is taken on file, the Tahsildar concerned has submitted a report to the Revenue Divisional officer and it would be disposed of within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
