PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey and demark the four boundaries of petitioner's patta lands vide 1) Patta No.1603 for S.Nos.149/3B, 149/5A, 150/13B, 150/14A to the extent of 1 Acres 17 cents, 2) Patta No.142 for S.No.149/3D to the extent of 0.5.50 cents, 149/6A to the extent of 0.20.50 acre and 3) Patta No.124 for S.No.150/14B to the extent of 16 cents in Amburpatti Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023.
