This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to restrain the first respondent police from interfering with the civil dispute between the partners in the partnership firm, "Oliver Exim".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
