ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b),(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.672 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police seized contraband, i.e. 1.150 kgs of Ganja from the petitioner and co-accused. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in seven cases including the present one only for the statistical purpose. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the third anticipatory bail petition moved by the petitioner. The earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18482 of 2021 on the ground that the petitioner is having three previous cases on the file of the respondent police.

5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, and antecedents of the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
