Prayer in CRL.A.(MD)No.1130 of 2023:- Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14(A)(2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 2015 (Amended by Act 1 of 2016), to call for the records Pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.5082 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Court,Tirunelveli dated 21.12.2023 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail by allowing the appeal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sathyachidambaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram for R1 & R2 , for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

" This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1130 of 2023, dated 10.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 2/4

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner complied with the condition for nine months, this petition is allowed, and the condition imposed on the petitioner shall stand relaxed."
