Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the files of the 4th respondent pertaining to its order bearing Oo.Moo.No.10291/A1/06 dated 14.01.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as WATCHMAN with effect from 01.09.2006 by considering the proposal resubmitted by the 5th respondent dated 08.11.2016 and to grant service benefits and disburse all the monetary benefits consequent to the same.
