ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking order to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No. 522 of 2018 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, Dindigul District for proceeding with the same in an unbiased manner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.53 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Since the final report has been filed before concerned Court the petitioner has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so he is aggrieved. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous with the above said liberty.
