2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Prosecution witnesses had been examined and the case stands posted for examination of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the sane, the learend Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District is directed to dispose the case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
