2. The learned Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Madurai by his letter dated 06.01.2026 has sought further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.106 of 2016.

3. This Court had already directed the learned Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.106 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in his letter stated that the High Court vide dated 14.02.2024 instead of quashing the proceedings dispensed the personal appearance of Al to A5 before this court and directed this court to dispose of the proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order.The order copy is received on 16.04.2024,however, original records of the case sent to this Court on 22.09.2025. At that time of submission of original records to this Court, the case was pending at the stage of furnishing copies to accused 1 to 5. Hence due to unavailability of original records, this court is not able to proceed with the case at that time of receipt of the order copy on 16.04.2024.

Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court to dispose the case in C.C.No.106 of 2016 is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 20.04.2025 aav To The Judicial Magistrate,Additional Mahila Court, Madurai 3/4
