This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police aid to this petitioner in consequence of the order passed in E.A.No.109 of 2014, dated 15.09.2014 in E.P.No.19 of 2014 in O.S.No.82 of 2003, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil for the enjoyment of the 1⁄2 in the well and electricity motor pumpset, etc., in 0.02.0 hectares in S.No.325/2 in Sayamalai Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the third respondent in current paper No.31/N.Ref/S8PS/2019 and on both parties were called for enquiry. During the enquiry, both parties have agreed to approach the appropriate Civil Court in respect of their disputes. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
