ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in writ proceedings. When I indicated that the petitioner may have to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, the learned counsel for the private respondents submitted that the writ petitioner has filed Arbitration O.P.No.184 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur for the very same relief. Thus, the writ petition has to fail for the reason that the petitioner cannot pursue parallel remedies.

3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to workout his rights in the manner known to law, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.09.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias To:
