ORDER:- This Revision Petition today listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Trial Court" upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 20/09/2023 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.200 of 2024, dated 05/03/2024, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Trial Court".
2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 20.09.2023, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 3/5
3. The learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai, has submitted a requisition dated 05.03.2024 stating that the petitions to reopen and recall filed by the defendants are pending and seeks three months further time to dispose of the suit.
4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant three months further time. Accordingly, three months further time is granted to dispose of the suit from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
