O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.1 of 2017 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that one murder case and some NDPS cases also pending against the petitioner.

3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to consider the case of the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The petitioner shall approach this Court after the disposal of the criminal cases pending against him, if so advised." There shall be no order as to costs.
