ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to upload the petitioner's name in the digital patta in respect of the property comprised in Old Natham Survey No.454/1, New Natham Survey No.504/4, measuring about 388 sq. ft., situated at Karungal Village, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, the property comprised in Old Natham Survey No.454/1, New Natham Survey No.504/4, was originally purchased by the petitioner's wife, Lakshmi Prabha, who subsequently executed a registered settlement deed dated 02.02.2018, settling the subject property in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, pursuant to the order passed by the 2/5
Tahsildar, Vedachandur, in R.T.R.No.3499/18, a Natham Patta was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.41. Though a physical patta was issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of both survey numbers, the digital patta has been uploaded only in respect of the property situated in S.No.504/6. However, as far as the property situated in S.No.504/4 is concerned, the digital patta has not been uploaded. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.06.2025 before the respondents seeking uploading of the digital patta in respect of the property in S.No. 504/4. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
