O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the respondent, dated 07.09.2016 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the above said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this Court also permits the petitioner to raise all the issues before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
