Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only relief sought for in the writ petition is that the second respondent must conclude the petition mentioned enquiry proceedings. No exception can be taken to the said request.

3. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the second respondent has to necessarily put the private respondents on notice.

4. I also make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction is now given for concluding the enquiry proceedings within the aforesaid time frame.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
