ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Ka.No.005/A2/2022 dated 26.08.2022 and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and have circulated a letter in this regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 3.

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents stated that he had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
