ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22.02.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of Patta in his name.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent is enquiring upon the representation made by the petitioner and that the enquiry is fixed on 30.11.2023. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the petitioner should be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the third respondent to complete the proceedings and 2/4

pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
