ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation and to include the petitioner's name in the list of victim/depositor/witness in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the 2/4

respondent police based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.08.2024 and record the statement under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C., consequently, direct the first respondent to collect all materials regarding the illegal purchase of the property through the deposit of victims by the private respondents namely 2 to 12.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was already included as victim/witness and the statement under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C., came to be recorded on 12.02.2024 itself and he has also produced the copy of the statement given by the petitioner.
