Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.519 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner/accused has approached this Court.

2.Mr.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.519 of 2024, a final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 14.02.2025, however, the same has not been numbered and the defects pointed out by the Magistrate Court has been rectified and represented on 15.08.2025. Therefore, according to the learned Government Advocate, the final report would be taken on file within a week. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to this petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
