This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent police to grant police protection for the life and limb for the petitioner and her family members as well as to her property in Sy.No. 1255/3B3 measuring an extent of 0.27.50 hectares (64 cents) in North Valliyoor, Part-I, Radhapuram taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, does not arise.
