Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records for the entire records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed by the respondent dated 11.12.2015 made in Memorandum No. Pa.Aa.Pe.4/2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent herein to allow the petitioner (Staff No. 5512) to join duty in the Respondent University as office assistant.

Prayer in WP(MD). 2944/ 2018 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed by the respondent dated 11.12.2015 made in Memorandum No.Pa.Aa.Pe.4/2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent herein to allow the Petitioner (Staff No.5633) to join duty in the Respondent University as office Assistant.
