ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 22.08.2022 passed by the 2nd Respondent and directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to reopen the TASMAC shop bearing shop No.10203 situated at Door No.86, Periya Sowrashtra Street, Uraiyur, West Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the Respondents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/5

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that in case, the Petitioner submits his representation, the same would be considered and orders would be passed on merits and accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation before the Respondents. If such representation is filed by the Petitioner, the concerned Respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
