ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order, dated 05.09.2018 in I.A.No.366 of 2018 in I.A.No.746 of 2017 in O.S.No.303 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Lalgudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,19.03.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the parties and the same was recorded by the trial Court and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision.
