The learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that he is not able to mobilise the funds to file the appeal in time. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and though the delay was not satisfactorily explained, in the interest of justice, this Petition is allowed, however, on condition that the Petitioners are not entitled for interest for the default period. 14.11.2025 vsn 3/4
