By ascertaining that agricultural lands in the survey numbers mentioned at Paragraph no.2 of the affidavit were purchased by the petitioner's paternal grandfather in the year 1923, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.06.2025 requesting that the sub-divisions made in favour of third parties be cancelled.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner's request is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. After issuing notice to all persons, he states that the petitioner's representation would be disposed of within twelve (12) weeks.

3. In view of the submission of learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of 2/4

the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2025 within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all others who would be affected by such an order. No costs.
