ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 354, 509, 499, 502, 506(i) of IPC r/w 66E and 71 of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.61 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The allegation as against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with Al, has taken some obscene videos of the defacto complainant's daughter and used the same to intimidate her. The accused persons have also sent the videos to the groom of the defacto complainant's daughter and the marriage broker. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the earlier applications filed by this petitioner along with her husband was dismissed by this Court on 10.07.2024 and on 16.08.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is an innocent and there is no bad antecedents as against this petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has raised serious objections that the petitioner has not co-operated for the investigation and the mobile phone, through which, the message has been forwarded by the accused is yet to be recovered.

5.Considering the objections raised by the learned Government Advocate 2/3

(Crl.side) and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
