ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a mandamus to consider the representation and to stop the work of laying high tension electric wire in the petitioner's land.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the high tension towers have already been erected and lines have been drawn on the margin of the petitioner's land. But the same has been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the lines have been drawn across the petitioner's land.

3. Be that as it may, since already lines have been drawn, the present prayer in this writ petition cannot be granted. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for seeking remedial measures in accordance with law.

4. with the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
