ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order of dismissal passed in E.A.No.4 of 2024 in E.P.No.13 of 2019 in O.S.No. 178 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur, dated 10.09.2024.
2. The Civil Revision Petition was filed on 24.09.2024. The trial Court has disposed Second Appeal by the judgment and decree dated 18.07.2024. Probably, after disposal of the Second Appeal, this revision petition has been preferred. Only subsequent to that E.A.No.4 of 2024 was filed. Now the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed an order staying all the proceedings against the judgment.
3. In view of the above, this matter has become unnecessaryand infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
