This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action against the fourth respondent for conducting "Katta Panchayat" by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016, the third respondent has conducted enquiry and the same has been settled between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
