(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.170 of 2018 in I.A.No.25 of 2018 in O.S.No.225 of 1998, dated 31.08.2018 by the learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
