Common Prayer:Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the G.O.(Ms)No.146, Transport (C) Department, dated 30.11.2015, by redesignating the petitioners as Selection Grade Superintendents, so as to enable them to receive the Selection Grade Superintendents' time scale of pay of Rs.7500-25012500 with effect from 01.01.2008 and the revised scale of pay (as per 6th pay commission) of Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4900 with effect from 17.06.2009 and to revise the pension and retirement benefits and to pay the consequential and monetary benefits with effect from 01.04.2015.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 14.09.2016 and 20.09.2016, within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for considering the petitioners' representations, dated 14.09.2016 and 20.09.2016.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 14.09.2016 and 20.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
