The petitioner seeking educational loan from the second respondent Bank for her daughter's education for the academic year 2016-2017 has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's daughter to pursue her B.E., (Electronics and Communation Engineering Course) at Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal District. 2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. There is no representation for the second respondent Bank also.

3.Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner that the petitioner applied for educational loan in the year 2016 for her 2/4

daughter's education for the academic year 2016-2017 and there is no representation for the petitioner even after sufficient opportunities have been provided, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
