This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.347 of 2024 and since both the parties have amicably settled their issue, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
