ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the record of the 1s respondent in his proceeding of the order passed by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.AA.No. 93/2018/A1 dated 16.11.2018 and quash the same."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the second appeal is pending in respect of the very same subject matter in S.A.(MD)No.176 of 2016. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 16.11.2018 shall not be given effect to, till the disposal of the second appeal. After the disposal of the second appeal, the 1st respondent shall take further action as per the final outcome of the second appeal.
