The petitioner has submitted an application for change of patta for the land in S.No.746/24, Appathurai Village from the name of the third respondent to the petitioner's name and he has also filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the official respondents to pass necessary orders on his application. 2.Today(28.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner was considered and it was rejected on 26.06.2023. 2/4

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law. No costs.
