2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.9149 /2025, dated 04.07.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Manapparai Police Station, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
