ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to forbear the respondent from interfering in the civil matter involving the petitioner.

2. It appears that the petitioner has been made as an accused in Crime No.598 of 2020. Therefore, the petitioner has to seek relief regarding the arrest elsewhere. However, the respondent police are restrained from interfering in any civil right of the petitioner as such. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
