ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in S.C. No.195 of 2019 pending before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy and to transfer the same to any other District.

2. The first respondent registered a case as against the husband of the petitioner for the offence under Section 302 of IPC alleging that he murdered 19 years old girl. After completion of investigation the first respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.195 of 2019 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy and it is pending for trial.

3. While being so, the petitioner being the wife of the accused in SC.No. 195 of 2019 filed this petition to transfer the trial from the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy to any other district. The accused has not filed any petition inspite of that the wife of the accused has filed this petition. She has no locus to file this petition and she did not state any reason to file this petition on behalf of her husband. It is also seen that the petitioner and her child were threatened by the political party. Further her husband is in jail and one of the prisoner informed her that her husband would be murdered by another prisoner. 4. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner to transfer the trial from the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy to any other Court.
