ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2019 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the case is registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 313, 406 of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. The Petitioner/defacto complainant is not cooperating with the enquiry and hence, the investigation is pending. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is recorded. The Petitioner is directed to furnish all the medical records pertaining to the complainant to the Investigation Officer and cooperate with the enquiry. On production of such records by the Petitioner, the Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
